Jia Li at 650 Commack Road, Commack, New York.

My experience with Dr. Li was quite the opposite of the one review I read; the only one online at the time. Dr. Li was professional and sincere. She explained things to me in a way I did understand, and she waited for me to take notes before moving on to the next thing. Dr. Li also took the time to answer each of my questions and clarify details when I asked.

I went to her with a predetermined negative opinion of her based on the review I read, and that fact that I had to be there at all but left with a good feeling about Dr. Li. She called when she said she would. Everyone on staff that I interacted with were all professional, friendly, and helpful.

Hopefully more people had/have the positive experience that I did.

My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that she met with me before speaking to my surgeon. I would have been spared a few days of anxiety.
