We had moved locations from one state to another, and a year later we needed service. We requested parts, and they shipped the parts to the old address despite having given them a new address. We then called, and they said that parts would be here in 3 business days. Four business days goes by, and we call again to get the tracking number. They said they would email it to us. Never received an email. Called again the next day, and they said that three days was not an issue if it was in the state, but it would take longer than three days out of state via UPS. What, is the package being delivered by caravan? I look up the tracking number that they finally gave me, and the part hadn't even shipped until hours after I had called the day before. They hadn't even shipped it until days after they said they would, and then not for hours until I reminded them that they needed to ship it. So now, 10 days after we started this, we will be getting the parts we need.

Worst experience of any Vendor I have ever used. Service has been terrible. Gave me the excuse that the person on my account is on vacation.
